About Leah MH Rocha

Leah Rocha was born in Misawa, Aomori, Japan in 1994. Living there for eight months, her and her family moved to live in Colorado Springs, CO. This is where she grew up. Graduating from William J Palmer High School in 2013. Leah moved to Denver, CO for college. First going to Red Rocks Community College for one year. Then transferring to University of Colorado Denver in fall of 2014. In fall of 2016 she was accepted into the 3D Animation Program and graduated in May 2020.

Leah's passions are story, animation, compositing, editing and costuming. She has been sewing since 2009.  Also with sewing she has practiced editing and learning film editing through out the years. On top of studying she is also interested in languages. The strongest language is sign language. Then within that she has 3 years of French, one year of Japanese and currently learning Korean.
